Terms of service
These terms cover your use of rhymefor.fun. Using the site means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
Who you are dealing with
rhymefor.fun is operated by Vladyslav Kvochkin, an individual in Switzerland. Contact: [email protected].
What the service is
A freestyle-rap practice tool. It shows you rhyming words in time with a beat so you can practise rapping to them. It does not listen to you, score you, or record you.
Playing in English needs no account. Other languages need an account, which comes with a small number of rounds per day, or a Pro subscription for unlimited use. Current limits and prices are on the pricing page.
Your account
You need a working email address, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account. Sign-in is by emailed link or by Google — there is no password to lose.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. An account may be suspended if it is used to attack or abuse the service.
Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Pro is a subscription billed through Stripe, monthly or annually at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Where a discounted introductory price applies, it covers the first period only; the subscription then renews at the standard price, which is stated next to the offer before you pay.
You can cancel at any time from Settings, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for. Periods already paid for are not refunded pro rata, except where the law gives you a refund right.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, and it is honoured. Losing that right early requires your express consent, given before access begins; checkout does not ask for it, so it is not asked for here either. Write to the address above and it will be dealt with fairly rather than argued about.
Prices may change, but never for a period you have already paid for.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, work around its limits, scrape it wholesale, or use it to break the law. Automated access outside normal play is not permitted.
Content and ownership
The site, its interface and its generated word sets remain the property of the operator. What you write or perform is yours; nothing you rap belongs to us, and we never receive it.
Instrumentals are supplied by independent producers under their own licences and are credited on the credits page. They are provided for practice within this service. If you are a producer and want a track corrected or removed, the credits page says how, and it will be actioned.
No warranty, and the limits of liability
This is a small independent service provided as-is. It may be unavailable, lose data, or change. Nothing here is a guarantee that it will make you a better rapper.
To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your non-waivable rights as a consumer.
Privacy
What happens to your data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them, and material changes are sent to signed-in players by email first.
Swiss law governs, and the courts of Switzerland have jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in and may bring proceedings there.
